The cylindrical DIN 179 drill bushes are hardened and wear resistant. They are ground to tolerance both inside and outside. These cylinder shaped drill bushes can be precisely pressed into a holder and can be easily combined with the DIN 173 push-in drill bushes.

The flange at one end offers axial security and holds the bush in position. This ensures that the drill bush is not pushed through the holder during machining.

In contrast to cylindrical drill bushes, press-in drill bushes from BLOHM can be quickly and easily exchanged. This easy exchange enables different diameters to be implemented in just a few seconds, making the replacement of fixtures a secondary matter.
